Twin City Greatness pays tribute to the many wonderful individuals who were born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC and are doing amazing things across the globe.

Many still reside in the Twin City, while others have relocated.  The common thread is each of them prides themselves on their humble upbringing in Winston-Salem, NC, the fourth largest city in North Carolina.
